EMPOWERING WOMEN. EQUIPPING MANAGERS.
Women's health education that doesn't end after one day.
Expert-led hormonal health education, workplace support and year-round learning for women and managers.
Expert-led hormonal health education, workplace support and year-round learning for women and managers.
The Female Middle is an annual workplace membership providing women and managers with ongoing hormonal health education, practical resources and support.
At the heart of the membership is a dedicated online learning and community platform, featuring structured courses for women and managers, progress tracking and a growing library of evidence-based resources.
Alongside the platform, employers receive live workplace education, including executive briefings, manager training and women's sessions.
Unlike traditional one-off menopause awareness training, The Female Middle provides year-round access to learning, community and resources that are regularly reviewed and updated as scientific evidence and guidance evolve.
Our aim is simple: to educate women earlier, equip managers to support them and help businesses create workplaces where women's health can be discussed openly.
Perimenopause can begin in the late 30s and early 40s, at the same time many women are balancing increasing responsibilities at work and at home.
For some, hormonal changes can affect sleep, cognition, confidence, emotional regulation and energy. Yet these changes are often poorly understood, unsupported or difficult to discuss openly in the workplace.
The potential consequences can be significant:
This is not simply a wellbeing issue. It is a performance and retention issue.
And that's why education needs to begin before women reach crisis point, with ongoing support for both employees and the managers responsible for them.

Knowledge, confidence and community.
Through structured learning, expert-led resources and a supportive community, we help women understand hormonal changes earlier, recognise symptoms, explore treatment options and take a more informed approach to their health and wellbeing.

Awareness, understanding and practical support.
Our dedicated manager learning pathway builds the knowledge and confidence to recognise how hormonal health can affect working lives, have supportive conversations and make practical workplace adjustments.

A lasting investment in your people.
Our annual workplace membership combines year-round digital learning, progress tracking, community access and live education to help employers build informed, supportive workplaces and retain experienced talent.
More than menopause awareness training. A year-round investment in women's health, education and workplace support.
Our annual employer membership brings together structured online learning, expert-led resources, community support and live workplace education, giving women and managers access to knowledge and guidance throughout the year.
